A global and established Technology Company based in the Docklands just minute's walk away from the station are on the hunt for a professional, confident and experience Internal Recruitment Specialist to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director but working closely with all departments on the delivery of all hires. This will also include reducing to company's reliance on agencies.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Managing the recruitment authorisation process and making sure that all departments adhere to the process.
*Working with Group HR Director to deliver an employee engagement program to elevate the company to an employer of choice within the market place.
*Coordinating recruitment campaigns.
*Managing the whole recruitment process from shortlisting candidates, conducting telephone pre-screening interviews, arranging face to face meeting with the relevant line managers, rejecting unsuccessful candidates through to offer stage.
The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years within recruitment (Recruitment business or internal recruitment), must have experience of recruiting software developers & QA Engineer as a minimum.
