An entrepreneurial, ambitious, very sociable Marketing Group are looking to hire a Team Administration Coordinator / PA to predominantly support to Company Directors.

Key duties:

  • This is a very busy and varied role providing support on a wide range of day to day administrative duties including:
  • Managing multiple diaries
  • Organising meetings
  • Arranging mainly domestic, some European and very occasional international travel
  • Preparing expense claims for Senior Managers
  • Assisting with on boarding of new staff including desk allocations, team briefings and IT requirements
  • Planning, managing and organising various events
  • General administration duties including reception cover which you would cover on average 1.5 hours a week on a rota basis along with 8 other support staff just to help cover the receptionists lunches/breaks, delivering post to the team, minuting meetings and managing absence forms
  • Update the company intranet content
  • Handling calls for customer support and producing follow up letters
  • As you become more settled into the role with the above tasks there is the scope to take on additional projects to assist the team e.g. looking at ways to improve shared data amongst the team to improve efficiencies in sharing information

Ideal candidate:

  • Highly organised, super efficient, diligent, good attention to detail, able to multi-task
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self motivated, confident, approachable, warm, patient and good natured
  • Proven experience within a busy sales/account management environment
  • I.T. savvy with strong MS Office skills
