An exciting West London based, multinational, telecommunications company is looking for someone bright, curious and high energy to support a highly regarded Director. The office itself is extremely buzzy with a friendly and dynamic culture! This is a Maternity contract so you must be immediately available.
Duties will include:
- Extensive diary management and travel internally and externally
- Producing and amending documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Updating the database and doing monthly reports
- Dealing with post, proving phone cover and handling queries
- Organising meetings and greeting guests
- Ad-hoc assistance for projects and research activities
- Processing expenses and general admin
Personality is key. The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Advanced Excel/ Word and Powerpoint skills, especially Excel
- Two years office based experience as a PA/administrator or team assistant in corporate environment
- Bright graduate who is very articulate, on the ball and driven
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Experience arranging travel
- Proactive, warm, willing and service-minded attitude essential
- Resilience, confidence and intelligence is essential
- Good educational background
- Must be immediately available
