Private Equity PA
An opportunity has arisen to join an incredibly successful and ambitious corporate private equity firm to support 4 Partners.
Duties will include full PA support. You will coordinate meetings with clients, arrange travel, set up board room conferences, and provide assistance with research, projects, gate keeping, events (client drinks, dinners etc.), records/board papers etc. It really is a varied all-round role and the scope is there to develop and get involved more with the business. The role will be high level, demanding, and changeable - you must have ambition and a desire to exceed your Directors' expectations.
You will have the capacity to work in an environment that is measured, calm, but incredibly busy.
* Experience from financials services particularly private equity backgrounds is essential.
* 4 years minimum PA experience
* A degree in any discipline and strong academics is preferable
* High attention to detail
* Proactive rather than reactive
* Very strong MS Office
You will be incredibly proactive and will use your initiative to pre-empt tasks and provide research before being asked. Strong MS office skills are required and any exposure to office management and events organisation would be an advantage. Most importantly, you will have high-level PA support and will be very client-facing. You will be a keen problem solver and will remain composed when dealing with difficult senior clients.
Strong diary management skills are a must and you will be able to manage hectic schedules with ever-changing meetings. Ideally you will have finance industry experience but the fit and personality is more important for this role.
This is a 12 month Maternity contract so you must be immediately available.
