If you have just Graduated and are looking to gain office experience on a temporary basis, we can help! A dynamic investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a well-executed and experienced Receptionist to hit the ground running and immediately take on all Front of House duties!

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, meet and greet, booking couriers, setting up meeting rooms, making teas and coffees, organising post, managing booking systems and ensuring the smooth running of the Front of House. The Receptionist must have experience in an office environment and take pride in their presentation, work ethic and provide excellent customer service!
