The role is for a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer (split role) and is full time paying £20-25k plus a generous structure. I have attached a job spec for you to take a look at.

Drawing from their own experiences and using their inside knowledge of the Legal Secretarial market means that our consultants can match Legal Secretaries and Business Support Professionals to their ideal law firm and provide tailored recruitment solutions to our clients.

Resourcer role:

As an Resourcer your job is to assist the team, to help the consultants with any administrative tasks including:

Scanning candidates documents onto the system

Shredding any confidential paperwork

Data amending (cleaning and updating the system)

Registering candidates interest in new and live roles

Answering the telephone

Arranging registration meetings with candidates

Updating the job boards and temporary candidate boards

Using linked in to contact potential candidates and advertise new roles

Amending and formatting cv’s

Diary management

Using outlook

Creating searches for candidates to match new job’s

Meeting and greeting new candidates into the office

Registering new candidates for the consultants

As an Recruitment Consultant:

Registering candidates for new positions or future positions

Resourcing candidates from linked in/act database

Shortlisting the best candidates for live roles

Liaising with clients regarding new roles/candidates

Client lunches/breakfasts for business development

Business development sales calls

Building relationships with current and new clients

Extensive use of Outlook

Diary management

Prepping candidates prior to interviews

Delegating tasks to the admin staff

Filling temporary assignments

Amending and formatting cv’s and cover sheets

Uploading candidates to client portals
