A fantastic opportunity for a PA to work within a finance firm supporting one Director.  This small insurance company look after a niche client base within the TV and Film industries and the PA will often act as first point of contact with both internal and external contacts.  Typical duties will include organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments using a file diary system on Outlook; dealing with the Director’s incoming email correspondence and often responding on his behalf; organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is always fully briefed and prepared for his meetings.  Some audio typing is also required.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the insurance or legal sectors and will have liaised closely with external clients and customers.  You will also need to be self-motivated, well organised, process driven with a proactive approach and have strong attention to detail.
