PA to Owner

We have a fabulous position for a PA to support the Owner of a Nursery School based in the heart of West London.  This role will be based both at the school and also at the Owner’s home and we are looking for a PA who is available immediately, capable and highly organised to assist the Owner whilst they grow the business.  You will be responsible for managing the Owner’s busy diary, all the paperwork for new registrations and new enquiries, stocktaking, liaising with suppliers and utility companies, liaising with authorities and showing people around the school.  In addition you will assist with updating the website and additional projects as required.  This will be an incredibly varied role and we are looking for a PA who is a self-starter, is very capable and confident in their PA abilities.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a PA who is looking for a PA position within this sort of environment and being a Nursery School, you will be working reasonable hours and in addition you will receive all school holidays off as a bonus!  Please apply immediately to avoid disappointment.
