We are looking for a really creative and driven personality who will love getting on the phones, thrive from a commission based bonus structure ( big bucks to be made!), and work well independently.

The business has been going from strength to strength since their start-up 10 years ago, and their clients are household names and the most exciting in digital media, and online advertising. The team are polished, educated and know how to make money whilst also enjoying themselves.

The day to day role of a Junior Consultant in Executive Search is largely self driven, so you must be totally at home with running your own day, and motivating yourself. Imperative is an outgoing candidate- those with big personality's thrive in recruitment and largely go on to impressive financial success. Large commission cheques are also a lovely part of the job, so if you are a character who thrives on getting out what you put in, then this is the career for you.

The offices are in a very cool part of Central London, and there is fabulous training on offer. If you are driven by wanting to make money, talk to creative and fun clients and candidates, and like running your own time- then this could be a great role for you.
