Assistant for Boutique Branding Company

We have a sensational role within a boutique branding company for an intuitive and motivated Office Assistant. The company is small but international and is run like a small family, so the personality fit will be a key factor for this Assistant. Day to day, the Assistant will support the owner of the company with diary management and some travel, oversee the stock in the office, following up with clients, basic finance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, meeting and greeting guests etc. Although the company is small there would be potential progression into a research and brainstorming, and this Assistant would be an integral part of the team. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
