Are you a Temp Receptionist looking for temp work in the alternative investment sector? We are now expanding our Receptionist temp - desk and are looking for well presented, service orientated and flexible Receptionist who would like to temp in a professional and corporate environment.

Our clients are amongst London’s most successful small to mid-sized PE firms, Hedge Funds and Investment firms, most of whom are based in Mayfair but some are also in the city.

The Receptionist roles are as rule very busy and include the traditional elements such as answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting clients and booking meeting rooms. 

We are looking for Receptionist's with some front of house experience who are very customer focused, can multi-task and who can cope under pressure. As a temp Receptionist it is also essential that you are flexible and can be available on short notice as well as being able to quickly adapt to new processes and routines. You need to be a team player and have a muck in attitude.

The hours are normally office hours Monday to Friday and pay varies depending on experience.
