Receptionist at an institutional investment firm

We have just taken on an incredible Reception role at an institutional investment firm, with an amazing international company culture and beautiful offices on Baker Street. They are a North American firm, with around 30 people in their London office. 
 
The role is a classic front of house role in which you will meet and greet all incoming clients and guests to the firm and be the first point of contact for all enquiries. In addition, you'll co-ordinate the firm's meeting rooms, making sure people feel welcomed and that everything is in order for meetings as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office (maintaining stock and stationary levels etc.) As you will be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, professionalism and discretion are imperative; they are looking for a real brand ambassador! 
 
The firm is currently going through a dynamic phase of expansion making this a particularly exciting time to join.
 
They are offering up to £33k and a fantastic benefits package. Their core hours are 9-5pm.
