Purpose:

The HR Administrators role is to provide effective, confidential, and high quality HR administrative support to the company. This role is key in ensuring the delivery of HR administrative services.

Duites;

Recruitment - to support deliver all aspects of the recruitment process

  • Organise the recruitment process including advertising, short listing and interviews.
  • Maintain/full ownership of the website through the e-recruitment system
  • Issue all contracts and paperwork for new starters

Starters and Leavers

  • Co-ordinate joining and leaving process for all staff
  • Organise all staff inductions
  • Issuing all necessary paperwork

Data Management reports

  • Provide regular staff absence monitoring reports
  • Update and maintain the HR databases and staff records

Other Duties

  • Issuing and amending contractual documentation
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Maintenance of annual leave records and managing the end of leave year process
  • Logging annual appraisals and midyear reviews
  • Process all learning and development requests

The right candidate will;

  • Have previous experience within HR and administration
  • Have an understanding of the recruitment cycle
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
