As an EA/PA in this environment you will be representing the clients of the business, as well as the company you work for. This client facing environment requires a candidate to be incredibly on the ball, articulate, professional and friendly. The nature of Executive Search often requires long hours and a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and a new challenge every day.

An Executive Search EA/ PA will enjoy fantastic job satisfaction, an excellent hourly rate of up to £30 an hour (including holiday pay), and in many cases a permanent job offer!
