EA Executive Search firm

Our client, a boutique Executive Search firm are looking for a new EA to join their lovely team. Based in very smart City offices, our client are looking for a professional and confident EA who will be integral to the search process.  As well as providing typical PA support, the EA will need to have the ability to liaise with clients and be pivotal to the Search process. There is a lot of project management and so we are looking for an EA who used to having a varied role and being client facing.

Our client have international offices and a very impressive reputation. They also look after their EA staff exceptionally well and so there tends to be a very low staff turnover. Ideally we are looking for an EA who comes from an Executive Search background so they understand the process, however this is not essential. We are looking for an EA who is used to working at senior level and who has a solid CV with good academic qualifications.
