Receptionist

We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for a polite, warm and polished Receptionist to join one of the leading private equity firms based in an iconic building in the city. They are looking for someone with previous reception experience to join one other Receptionist and provide a truly seamless front of house service.

You will represent the company by meeting and greeting all incoming guests and clients to the firm, setting up for meeting rooms and making sure they all run smoothly. You will also be the first point of contact, assisting with all incoming enquiries and requests and dealing with them efficiently. Other ad hoc support will also be required such as maintenance checks and additional support around the office,

Their ideal candidate will have reception experience, ideally in a corporate setting, and be warm, friendly and well-presented. Knowledge of the Condecco booking system will also be extremely beneficial.

They are offering a salary of up to £28k depending on experience and the hours are shared on a rotational basis with the other receptionist, so you must be happy working from either 8-4.30pm or 9.30-6pm.
