Private PA - French is essential as a Language

Immediate Start - Potential Temp to Perm

We are looking for an exceptional Private PA to support an extremely busy HNW family with all of their private affairs. This position requires an individual with proven experience in a similar role supported by fantastic references. The candidate should be someone who is calm, clear thinking, organized, personable and willing to commit 100%. The position will be working alongside a small, dedicated team including the Principal's Business PA, as well as other members of the Office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Travel - overseeing the family's private travel as directed. Organizing family travel & holidays when requested. Ability to put together complicated itineraries and cope with last minute changes/requests.
*Diary management - liaising with the Principal's PA where necessary.
* Management of all schedules related to the children .e.g extra- etc. curricular activities, school terms.
*Undertaking ad-hoc projects as directed - using creative flair to move private projects forward. Being able to 'run' with an idea and make it happen.
*Liaising with household staff and the House Manager with any property issues/requests both in London and overseas. Monitoring the progress of those projects, to ensure that they are being prioritised in accordance with the Principal's wishes and that outcomes are being reached in a satisfactory time scale and to the standard expected.
*Planning for the week ahead - whatever may be needed on a day to day basis or in advance, any research, documents or notes required before personal meetings, reminders and any helpful suggestions.
*Shopping for the Principal and family - including all gifts etc. Ensuring the Principal's home is kept up to highest standards- helping to source furnishings, art etc.
*Over time, pre-empting the Principal's needs - acting with initiative to take some responsibility away from the Principal.
*Dealing with all incoming personal post.
*Managing a demanding and ever changing social calendar and processing invitations received.
*Liaising with stylists, PR , project and business managers.
*Liaising and supporting the House Managers both in London and overseas.
*Responsible for all personal accounts, keeping track of spending, purchasing, transfers, charitable donations, payments and balances.

Candidates must be / have:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*A strong work ethic with the understanding that the position is more than a 9-6
*Happy to work in an office/corporate environment
* Trustworthy & discreet
*Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
*Organised thinker, but also able to be creative
*Fantastic references *Driver would be beneficial but not essential
*Fluent French (Mother Tongue)

The Family expects high standards, loyalty, discretion and professionalism. Proven experience of being placed in a position of trust is important. There will be constant contact with the immediate and wider family and friends therefore ability to build good relationships is essential.
