Our client, one of Asia Pacific's largest investment banks is looking for a Pay-out Coordinator to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate to kick start their career within the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising documentation in line with credit acceptance, customer requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Checking finance documentation and figures and processing transactions accurately and in an efficient manner in order for deals to be funded
  • Escalating any problems with the Pay-out to either the introducer, lessee or the sales team
  • Building and nurturing relationships with the internal sales team and finance introducers
  • Providing sales support to the sales team and liaising with internal and external parties to resolve any issues
  • Handling queries from introducers lessees and vendors via telephone and email
  • Actively managing the pipeline
  • Assisting in reconciling accounts and working closely with the finance and support teams overseas
  • Supporting other MEF functions including customer services, collections and credit

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Have previous experience of working in a corporate environment ideally in the asset finance industry
  • A sound understanding of asset finance products MTR, FTR, Operating leases and HP documentation, banking and Pay-out procedures is desirable
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conscientious with a strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong numerical skills and be proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Be a team player with the ability to work unsupervised and independently
  • Be self-motivated and performance focused
  • Possess an ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
  • Have high organisation skills and ability to juggle tasks
