Experienced Team Assistant - Fantastic Broadcast and Production Company

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to join this incredible name within the broadcast & production industry. This is a busy and fast paced team support role and would suit a dynamic individual with a solid administrative support experience. This will be working in the HR team supporting on the HR director on diary and travel arrangements as well as acting as the go to person for the team.

The role:

  • Make and maintain all diary, travel and logistical arrangements for the HR Director and team
  • Prioritise and communicate calls, messages, documents, email and other correspondence
  • Facilitate all logistical arrangements for HR meetings/workshops
  • Process new starters regularly updating new information on all HR systems accurately.
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, graphics, and other tools
  • Prepare, manage and file all written correspondence, legal documentation and expense reports

Who we're looking for:

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with proven administrative and team support experience from the media or broadcast industry. It is essential that you possess the following skill-set:

  • Experience in a fast paced business
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office packages
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple demands
