Receptionist/Team Assistant - Health Charity

A boutique health charity which supports clinical research, raises money for new medical machinery, looks after patients and supports innovations in case is looking for a new member of the team!

As a valued part of this team of 18 people your role will be a hybrid role, incorporating reception duties, general admin and team assistant work! As well as meeting and greeting, juggling the 3 meeting rooms and being an ambassador of the charity for businesses, you will also do ad hoc support for five senior member of the team, including the Director of Communications and the Head of Fund Raising!

You will be exposed to HNWIs and board members and will need to have excellent communication skills as well as strong organisational abilities so you can keep on top of your varied work load. Key duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting high-profile guests
  • First point of contact on phones
  • General office admin, ordering stationary, office supplies
  • Managing all post and invitations
  • Helping with events
  • Ad hoc team assistant duties

The ideal person will be someone motivated, proactive and driven whose values are aligned with theirs, and who is passionate about Charity. They want someone highly professional and who can hit the ground running in this exciting opportunity.
