This is an extremely varied, fully involved role providing 100% personal and business support to the MD. The individual will need to be proactive, responsive and enjoy being tasked with ad hoc and varied tasks.
The spec includes but is not limited to
• Extensive diary management. Arranging internal and external meetings involving different time zones, challenging schedules, recurring meetings, conference calls and rescheduling of meetings where necessary.
• Preparing documentation for meetings.
• Arranging international travel, hotels, visas and itineraries.
• Personal/Business Events arrangements
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
• Access to MD’S inbox and sending emails on his behalf.
• Drafting correspondence, contract orders and editing reports.
• Managing two PAs in the office and liaising with MD’s household staff at various properties.
• Assisting with the recruitment of new joiners to the business.
You’ll need to live well within 45 mins of Fulham, have excellent references, a solid track record of employment and preferably good academic qualifications.
