A leading Property company based in lovely corporate offices in Central Watford are seeking an experienced administrator to be the first point of contact in the company
Your role will be to meet all visitors to the company in a warm, professional and courteous manner. Answer the switchboard, take messages and be the main hub for the booking of meeting rooms. You will organise couriers and post and be the hub for facilitiles.
As part of this role you will make all the travel booking for the company, this involves keeping the budget on excel, dealing with all the requisitions and ensuring you get good value for money. Most of the travel is train and air in the UK and the company will consider candidates from the travel industry looking to transfer their skills into an office.
Candidates needs to have had some reception and admin experience and enjoy working in a corporate envioronment. The dress code in the company is smart business wear.
