This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performance team based in their West End-head office. Passion for the beauty, fashion or luxury sectors is ideal, along with the ability to integrate into the fast-paced environment of a flourishing British beauty brand.

As the Logistics Assistant, you must excel at building relationships with suppliers and customers whilst also keeping the company's commercial interests at heart. The Logistics Team will also require support with a variety of tasks, ranging from preparation of despatch documentation to handling retailer queries. Further duties will include:

• managing stock
• helping to prepare invoices and export documents
• helping with the processing of product orders for customers
• helping to arranging domestic and export shipping
• proactively managing the warehouses and hauliers
• other logistical and administrative tasks

The successful candidate will be numerate and have strong Microsoft Excel skills. They will also work well under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment and be able to multi-task different projects. Our client are looking for someone with a keen interest in business and an entrepreneurial attitude, who is happy to actively learn on the job.
