Portfolio Consultant | Prestigious Property | £28K

One of our clients, a prestigious property company based in South London are looking for a confident Portfolio Consultant to join their dynamic team! 

Within their super modern offices, you must be well spoken as well as have previous exposure to working within property. Attention to detail is so important for this role and also having a great telephone manor.

Duties will include;

• Speak with Contractors, Surveyors, Estate Agents
• Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to review activity and collate critical data
• Undertaking market research to correctly calculate the sale value of each property
• Accepting/rejecting offers as they arise based on a close understanding of set investment targets
• Ad hoc admin duties to the rest of the team
• Liaising with solicitors and keeping up to date with key stages in the legal side of the sale process
• Emailing letters, surveys and other general information
• Data input, maintaining accurate record keeping at all times
