Currently looking for well-groomed Front of House Receptionist for immediate start for a temp to perm position working for an Investment Bank in prestigious offices in the City.

You will need a can do attitude and the ability to multi task is essential to this role.

The main duties in this role will be that all visitors are greeted both personally and over the telephone, in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner whilst making sure they are put in touch with the person or the department they wish or need to deal with as efficiently as possible.

You will also be booking meeting rooms and all sundries for all visitors as well as monitoring and ordering stationery for the office.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal and external visitors and the ability to work on your own, and using initiative.

This is a fantastic role with immediate start

£10 / hr
