Receptionist - Cool creative branding agency - 19-20K

Our client, a cool and creative Branding Agency based in East London, are looking for a Receptionist/Runner to join their lively office. You will play a vital role in creating a fantastic first impression for all visitors, and getting across your energy and enthusiasm whilst organising the office. This role would suit a switched-on and helpful junior, looking to join a colourful and fast-paced company. An entrepreneurial mindset and confident character are vital to this role and personality is a must!   

On a day to day basis you will handle meeting and greeting, keeping the Front of House area tidy, ordering all office stationary, kitchen and bathroom supplies; preparing workshop materials for the creative teams; travel bookings (UK and International); logging all holiday dates, general ad hoc support and more! 

To do well in this role you absolutely MUST be a helpful, muck-in character, willing to take on any task and very proactive! As a member of Front of House, you must be highly personable and create a fantastic first impression on all visitors. You must be entrepreneurial, creative and a good multitasker. You MUST have had some exposure to a creative agency environment either in an internship/placement or working alongside studies as a runner or receptionist.
