11am to 7pm: DP Specialist at Leading City based US law firm £38,000

A prestigious US Law Firm housed in stunning London offices, is currently looking to recruit a DP Specialist to work the hours 11am to 7pm, there could be flexibility with these hours. This role is going to be a very busy position and will be covering all areas of legal work, previous legal DP experience is a must for this role.  Duties will include producing and amending and reformatting lengthy documents, using house-styles, identifying and resolving problems with corrupt documents, trouble-shooting documents as requested, organisational charts, mail merges, graphs, reports and presentations, creating and updating templates and house styles when required, monitoring and responding the departmental mailbox, proof-reading and checking documents as well as liaising with Fee-earners when necessary.  Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in document production in a legal services organisation.  Additionally candidates must be technically advanced on MS Office and both document review and management systems, while experience of using Interwoven would be advantageous.  This firm offer fantastic benefits including on-site gym and subsidised canteen.
