Sparky Team Assistant needed to support this lively team of 10 in the London office of this global finance company. Temp – perm so must be available immediately.

You will be responsible for supporting this dynamic and upbeat team with particular emphasis on PA support to one Director. Proven experience of booking complex international travel and itineraries, working across different time zones, processing expenses and meeting management are essential to this role.

Must have around 2-3 years’ pervious PA experience, be on the ball, one step ahead at all times and unflappable with excellent attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the lynchpin of this friendly and growing team.

Offices based close to Green Park, must be available immediately as this is a temp to perm position.
