Immediate Start: Temporary Corporate Tax Legal PA at Magic Circle Law Firm £21.00 per hour

One of the world’s most renowned and successful law firms is looking to recruit a new Legal PA to work in their Corporate Tax department on a long term ongoing basis.  Duties will include taking responsibility for drafting emails and e-filing, a variety of document-based work with an emphasis on digital dictation, drafting and amending documentation, client contact recording and inviting guests to events and keeping the RSVPs up to date, diary and travel management as well as general administrative responsibilities such as binding, scanning and filing.  The successful candidate requires a friendly and approachable manner and be able to demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the needs of the group and the firm are met.  The suitable candidate will be technologically capable with advanced skills using Microsoft Office and a good knowledge of professional systems. Candidates should be able to self-manage and be proactive when considering the needs of Fee Earners and clients. The Client is wanting a team player with good communication skills, who is able to liaise effectively with people at all levels across the firm, and has a keen eye for detail.
