This ambitious and rapidly growing law firm are looking for an adaptable individual capable of offering a first class Facilities service, with additional Reception cover. This role is based in their Leicester office.
As Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for archiving and storing files, as well as dealing with retrieval requests. Other responsibilities will include processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining stationery levels, and providing photocopying, scanning, printing and binding support.
Providing additional Reception support, you will assist with the preparation and layout of meeting rooms, organising catering for meetings, providing Front of House cover when required, and assisting with ad hoc Facilities tasks.
To secure this role, you will require previous experience as a Facilities Assistant within the professional services field, as well as exposure to providing Reception cover within past roles.
Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills are a must, as is strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload in an ever changing environment.
