A growing company based in Clapham, is looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a part time, permanent position working 7.30am -1pm Monday to Friday.

Salary will be between £25,000 and £35,000 pro rata'd and dependent on experience.

The role will include;

  • Being the first point of contact for all clients
  • Taking enquiries and logging all details on the database
  • Sending basic quotes and booking in work
  • Troubleshooting any client queries / questions
  • Inputting information from employee timesheets on to spreadsheets
  • Ensuring company database is kept up to date and tidy
  • Efficient filing for all company information
  • HR functions (tracking holiday days, employee contracts, lateness, sick days etc)
  • Dealing with vehicle administration for company van fleet
  • Petty cash and parking money
  • Report writing
  • Office Procurement
  • Taking payments
  • Writing invoices and chasing outstanding payments
  • Ad hoc and varied administration as needed
  • Oversight over the clean and efficient running of the office

Candidates must have 3 years + experience working within a senior level administration and/or PA/EA role, within a small business. This is a very good entry role with exposure to all sides of the business and definite room for progression.
