We are really excited to be working with this leading, award winning TV Production Company who specialise in drama and factual programming.  The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of both the CEO and COO’s lives and providing a discreet, highly professional PA service.  This is a very diverse position that will offer the right candidate a really exciting and challenging opportunity!

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management, arranging meetings/calls implementing last minute changes
  • Arranging all aspects of travel including itineraries, Visas, transfer, flights etc
  • Answering all calls and emails
  • Liaise with production offices on a daily basis
  • Script distribution, amendments etc
  • Updating databases
  • Working closely with script editors, arranging production and script meetings
  • Being the first point of contact for all development projects
  • Any personal work as and when needed

Due to the involvement of this position, it is essential that the right candidate has extensive relevant experience gained within TV/Production.  A strong interest in drama programming is a must as is a proactive attitude and amazing organisational skills!  Don’t delay in getting in touch as this role will be snapped up!
