Showroom Manager - Interior Design

Our client, an exclusive Interior Designer, is looking for a Showroom Manager to work across two showrooms in SW London. With previous relevant retail experience working for a high end designer of furniture, electricals, accessories or mirrors etc., your responsibilities will include:

• Managing four sales staff across two showrooms
• Operating the showroom to an optimum performance
• Dealing with telephone trade enquiries
• Dealing with retail and trade walk-ins
• Upselling to both retail and trade customers
• Making sure the storeroom has the right levels of stock
• Answering logistics queries regarding stock
• Calling warm and cold retail and trade clients regarding new stock
• Managing staff performance

You will be well spoken, well presented, have previous retail showroom/shop experience and excellent customer services skills. You will be required to work some Saturdays. If you are looking to continue your career with an exclusive Interior Designer then please apply ASAP.
