EA to CEO - Property Investment Firm

The Client:

A highly credible property investment company is seeking an enthusiastic and Driven Senior EA, to support their CEO.

This is a truly unique opportunity for an EA looking to work within a progressive and demanding environment.

The Role:

Working alongside a busy CEO, you will be experienced in working at C-suit level. Although the role is 1:1, you will often be helping to support other senior executives within the company and enjoy working in a team.

Some of the duties for this role include the following:

• Managing a busy and demanding diary and travel schedule
• Managing full preparation for meetings, presentations and events
• Booking extensive domestic and international travel
• Organising the induction for the new Board members
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Managing financials

The Ideals:

This role requires someone that has previous experience within the property and/or investment sectors. You will enjoy being challenged, and have a proven track record of working in a team. It is essential that you have extensive experience in supporting at Board level.
