Receptionist / Office Manager for London Office

 

Adrian Lee & Partners is an independent, employee-owned asset management firm that specialises in research-led currency and fixed income management.

The firm is seeking to recruit a receptionist / administrator to manage its London office (West End).

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Reception duties
  • Assist CIO with ad hoc PA duties
  • Support of London staff as required
  • Filtering and fielding telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Scheduling global travel plans
  • Ordering lunches, stationary and general office supplies
  • Production of  company materials
  • Diary management
  • Working closely with and supporting the Dublin based Office Manager
  • Manage day to day running of office facilities
  • General ad hoc administration and office management duties

CANDIDATE:

The firm is seeking a polished and proactive receptionist / administrator with;

  • First-rate verbal and written English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to be flexible, diplomatic and discrete
  • An ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good work ethic
