Receptionist / Office Manager for London Office
Adrian Lee & Partners is an independent, employee-owned asset management firm that specialises in research-led currency and fixed income management.
The firm is seeking to recruit a receptionist / administrator to manage its London office (West End).
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Reception duties
- Assist CIO with ad hoc PA duties
- Support of London staff as required
- Filtering and fielding telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Scheduling global travel plans
- Ordering lunches, stationary and general office supplies
- Production of company materials
- Diary management
- Working closely with and supporting the Dublin based Office Manager
- Manage day to day running of office facilities
- General ad hoc administration and office management duties
CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a polished and proactive receptionist / administrator with;
- First-rate verbal and written English
- Strong administration skills
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to be flexible, diplomatic and discrete
- An ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Good work ethic
