A Mayfair based boutique executive search firm which is incredibly successful with global offices has an opportunity for a PA and Office Assistant to join their friendly small team! This is a huge opportunity full of potential and development for an articulate self-starter capable of providing administrative support to a Partner and office support to the team. The working environment in this boutique search firm has an ambitious, heads down attitude which is balanced by the frequent successes and achievements of the team! We are looking for an autonomous PA and Office Assistant with experience in executive search.

Key duties:

*Diary Management and Travel arrangements
*Coordination of meeting rooms and preparing papers
*Meet and Greet of all visitors including refreshments
*Answering telephone calls, screening calls and emails
*Manage and maintain database of projects and candidates
*Organise meetings, conferences, interviews and videoconferences
*Preparing documentation; job descriptions, letters, appraisals, presentations
*Housekeeping in the office e.g. kitchen supplies, stationary, presentation
*Ad hoc administrative tasks

Essential Qualities:

*Experience working in a consultancy/recruitment
*PA experience
*Well presented
*Excellent communication skills
*Front of house service
*Problem solver and anticipator
*Determination to see a project through
