My client, a design company based in London Bridge, are looking to transform their customer services team. Within an office of sixty people, and amongst the excitement of design, sits the team who look after all the queries from the customers.
They are looking to bring on seven people to look after the needs of their customers, from pre-production to post delivery.
To succeed with an application, you will have the following:
*Previous experience within customer services, taking inbound calls and responding via email.
*Have a calm and patient temperament which lends well to dealing with difficult customers
*Must have a view to work in customer services in the long term and to feel ready for the move that would establish your professional career
*Experience dealing with logistical issues or post-delivery problems is also required for a selection of the roles
