Team Secretary job, supporting a mid-sized team, property firm, London, up to £30K, 12 month FTC


Your new company
A prestigious and international property firm, Head Quartered in London, are looking to take on a Team Secretary to support a superior team at one of their office sites in London. Due to progression and movement within the company this great opportunity and role is now available as a 12 month fix term contract.

Your new role
You will be the key support to a great team in the position of Team Secretary. You will liaise with, work alongside and help to manage each of the team members - each at varying levels of expertise and position. You will be privy to confidential information, projects and reporting so must always work with the up-most discretion and tact. You will work at a high capacity to ensure deadlines are met, undertake diary and scheduling arrangements, liaise with other secretaries in the business and be driven to go above and beyond for the team. Ad hoc duties to other members/ secretaries may be required at busy times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience supporting a team, hold exceptional organisation and time management skills, and be fully proactive in your approach to your career and your work. Knowledge of the construction or property industry or previous experience within these sectors would be beneficial but not essential. You will be articulate, well presented, and a motivated individual.
