You would start off as an Operations Coordinator where you will spend 2-4 months getting to know the company in a front of house, organisational role. You will then progress onto a team and will receive excellent training from senior consultants who will support you throughout your journey of becoming a consultant. The target driven environment will spur you on to work hard and see the monetary rewards as Angela Mortimer boasts an excellent commission structure.
