Your duties will include:

• Helping to designing and developing the events programme, with the support of your line manager. 
• Booking hotels, external venues, travel arrangements. 
• Managing one part-time events co-ordinator who reports into you.
• Payment of external speakers, accommodation and other expenses. 
• Producing agendas and travel itineraries for participants. 
• Communicating with external speakers and participants.

Ideally, you will have the following: 

• Experience working as either a PA or Events Coordinator/Manager where you were responsible for coordinating events such as Christmas parties. 
• Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach to work. 
• Superb organisation and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail. 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
