Corporate Receptionist Our client is looking for an exceptional receptionist to join their friendly team, someone who recognises what Five Star Service looks like, presents beautifully and with a charming personality. Opportunity to earn overtime if there are evening events • Monday – Friday 40 hours a week – daytime hours The roles tasks will include – but are not limited to:- • Welcome the guest to the client floor – you may be required to go down and collect them • Inform the host that their guest has arrived • Book the meeting rooms as requested by the staff members • Work closely with the ground floor reception team as they will inform you when a guest arrives for the Residential floor • Ensure that the guest is made to feel welcome offering Five Star Service ie: Ask the clients whether they would like a tea on coffee when they arrive • Set up meeting rooms with place for teas and coffees / waters and clear once finished. • Help with any client/visitor queries Please apply ASAP. ** Due to the level of applicants only suitable applicants will be contacted.
