Brand new role in for a Corporate Receptionist! Our client, a luxury property company, are looking for a polished and enthusiastic receptionist to jump on board. You will need to be very well presented, have great communication skills and be on the ball.
Experience for this position isn't essential however someone who is able to use their initiative and be proactive is key. Additionally, someone from a customer facing position previously would be ideal as you will be providing a high level of customer service. This is a great position for someone looking to get into a corporate environment.
As the front of house receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients therefore you will be friendly, bubbly, personable and willing to assist however you can. Duties will include answering all incoming calls and transferring through to the correct person, welcoming guests, booking and sorting meeting rooms, dealing with post and any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
