An exciting opportunity to work for a successful consultancy based in the City - I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their small and growing team.
This is a role supporting the CFO of the business and the wider team, your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Coordinating and processing monthly invoices
- Creating invoices and answering all related queries
- Client liaison regarding invoices and overdue accounts
- Administrative support for the wider team, including diary and travel arrangements - handling confidential data
You must be an experienced Finance Administrator, ideally from a corporate background - with an understanding of the process up to trial balance - although this is not a requirement in the role, you must grasp the wider accounts practice and consider this in your day-to-day role.
