PA and more!
Our client is a successful international business advisory firm based in Mayfair. They have a very impressive list of companies and mentors (FTSE 100) they work with and help business leaders operate their organisation/business more effectively.
The European office based in Mayfair is quite small which means that everyone gets involved with different aspects of the business. They will be growing in the next few months but they still want everyone to really feel part of every stage of the process.
They are currently looking for a dynamic and friendly PA to support the directors within the Business Development team and assist them with diary/travel management, document preparation, expenses, research, minute taking, events, marketing etc. If you are interested in digital marketing or any other area of the business they would love for you to get involved too. They really look after their employees there and want you to learn every day and feel valued.
This is not just a traditional PA role. They really want someone who has solid PA skills but who will also bring other skills to the business such as marketing. The role will also grow and you will be given a variety of responsibilities depending on your skillset.
The structure of the business is very much like a start-up, everyone mucks in and there is a real sense of teamwork.
In terms of experience they are looking for someone with solid PA experience who can hit the ground running without needing too much training.
The role will start early November but they would consider candidates available earlier too.
Hours are flexible but usually 9am-5pm. Great role!
