Corporate Receptionist

Our client, based in the heard of the West End currently has a new opening due to an internal promotion for a Corporate Receptionist to work alongside one other. Our client is a leading investment firm therefore you will be dealing with high profile clients working in really good surroundings.

Duties will include:

Answering the switchboard, transferring calls, taking messages or handling where appropriate

Meeting and greeting clients and providing any assistance such as booking taxis etc.  Clearing through security etc.

Booking meeting and conference rooms

Working alongside other departments such as facilities to ensure the smooth running of the reception area

Updating telephone lists

Processing invoices and general admin duties

Ordering stationery and office supplies

Helping PA's as and when necessary.

You will have at least two years solid previous reception experience within a corporate organisation. You will work well in a team, able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload.  Good knowledge of MS Office applications.  Excellent communication skills at all levels - both written and verbal. High attention to detail. Self starter and able to use your initiative. Willingness to show outstanding customer service skills. Able to handle highly confidential situations.
