Event Staffing manager - Epsom - £23,000 £25,000 p/a My client is searching for a passionate, dynamic and dedicated Staffing Manager. You will need to ensure that only the best staffs are booked, that they have received the correct training and can deliver top quality service. You will need to have a sound knowledge of managing budgets, meeting all payroll targets. You will also be managing/developing the in house staffing team and leading by example to get the best from the team. This role is 5 out of 7 - Monday – Sunday – hours are subject to business needs. During events you will need to be on site to monitor staff and perform check in and check outs. Duties: • Ensure the best quality and correct quantity of staff are booked • Conduct Check – in’s promptly and efficiently • Manage the staffing team to ensure they are productive • Manage the training process • Forecast and manage payroll budgets • Communicate results with the team and motivate them to achieve • Be aware of and monitor all Health and Safety standards • Deal with any customer comments or complaints in a prompt manner • Up-keeping all staff records You will need to be: • Immaculately presented • Demonstrate that you have a high level of attention to detail • Showcase your ability to think outside the box • Proactive and show high levels of innovative • Have a good knowledge of events from planning to execution *Please only apply if you have previous high volume staffing experience – only people with relevant experience will be contacted*
