Dynamic PA to MD & Team

Close-knit  investment bank needs an exceptional classic PA / Senior PA / Executive Assistant to provide true, in depth support to a lovely but demanding MD & Team within equities. Your team are busy, positive and high profile and therefore need a proactive PA / EA with exacting standards and an upbeat, outgoing personality.

Your remit as PA to MD & Team will be diverse but traditional. As a key member of the business, you will need to work closely with the other PA / EAs to ensure a seamless service.

Senior PA / Executive Assistant / Team PA duties

• Provide thorough and indepth PA / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant support
• Detailed and complex multiple diary management
• Extensive international travel coordination
• Extensive board and committee meeting support
• Client relationship building and networking
• PowerPoint presentations, reporting and corporate marketing collateral
• Client dinners
• Ad hoc research
