Team Assistant - Temp Contract
Temp role as a team assistant to support our client’s Client Handling Team and Client Accounts, as well as being part of the Assistant team. Starting ASAP and working from beautiful offices in Central London we need the following:
- Diary & Email Management
- Document & Presentation production
- Arranging meetings & Conference calls (both internally and externally across the UK & Internationally)
- Creating and formatting numerous client documents and presentations, in line with Company Branding Guidelines e.g. New Business Pitches, Announcement Day documents using both Word and PowerPoint.
- Client Liaison
- RNS releases
- Providing cover for the team during periods of holiday and sickness
- General Administrative duties
This is an extremely hands on and busy role where you will be pulled in lots of directions. You must have lots of energy and have a pro-active, can do attitude.
