Team Assistant - Branding
You will be responsible for:
- Providing detailed and preemptive support to a dynamic team as well as providing pivotal support to the EA to Founders.
- You will be required to manage and gate-keep constantly changing diaries
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
- Research projects
- Minute take
- Create tailored and high spec PowerPoint presentations
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
- Generally look after the smooth running of the team.
You will need to be a highly organised and be hugely pre-emptive in your support style as a team assistant.
You will have top notch skills, at least 18 months experience from a team assistant role, media agency experience, an immediate start (preferable) and a positive and approachable demeanour, with the ability to handle a fast pace with total calm.
