Team Assistant - Branding

You will be responsible for:

• Providing detailed and preemptive support to a dynamic team as well as providing pivotal support to the EA to Founders.
• You will be required to manage and gate-keep constantly changing diaries
• Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
• Research projects
• Minute take
• Create tailored and high spec PowerPoint presentations
• Build and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
• Generally look after the smooth running of the team.

You will need to be a highly organised and be hugely pre-emptive in your support style as a team assistant.

You will have top notch skills, at least 18 months experience from a team assistant role, media agency experience, an immediate start (preferable) and a positive and approachable demeanour, with the ability to handle a fast pace with total calm.
