PA for Cutting Edge Comms Consultancy
This is a gold dust opportunity for an experienced PA to join a global PR Agency.
You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to a 2 dynamic Directors as well as general administrative support to a fast-moving team, this will also include wider collaboration with the wider corporate support teams including HR, Facilities, Finance and IT to ensure the smooth running of the team.
You will have an eye for precise attention to detail and brilliant communication skills. Your role with include: diary management, processing expenses, answering calls, producing high quality reports, documents and PowerPoint presentations. Your role will also include booking and managing travel itineraries and to assist with event and venue coordination for various hospitality events.
This is an extremely busy and varied role. You will have exceptional organisational skills and have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to prioritise work, work to tight deadlines whilst remaining cool.
You must have agency experience and/or a financial services background. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, importantly Excel and Powerpoint
At least 4 years' experience.
